The Sessions
Every session is coached and programmed inside your current block. You move between session types across the week — strength one day, conditioning the next, output to sharpen the work.
Heavy compound lifts — squat, hinge, press, pull. Coached technique, progressive overload.
Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Builds the engine without trashing recovery.
Power, speed and explosive output. Where the block sharpens to a point.

Community
We are and always will be more than a gym. We are a community of people enjoying each others' company — and that's the reason people stay with us longer than any other gym.
Enjoyment
Enjoyment is at the heart of what we do. If you enjoy your training, you'll be way more likely to stick to it — meaning you'll make more progress.
Mums & Prams
A safe, private, supportive space for mums to train, build confidence, move their bodies, and take a bit of time for themselves — babies welcome.
The idea came from a personal place. Rory recently became a young father, and through that experience saw how important it is for women like his wife Morgan to have a space where they feel comfortable, welcomed and supported getting back into training.
The Programme
Training compounds when it's structured. Every block builds on the last — you don't guess, the coaches don't guess, and test week proves it's working.
BLOCK 1 · WK 1-3
Movement quality, range, and load tolerance. Foundation patterns locked in. Coaches calibrate to where you actually are.
BLOCK 2 · WK 4-6
Volume builds. Patterns lock in. Strength compounds. You're moving better and the work is starting to bite.
BLOCK 3 · WK 7-9
Intensity moves to the front. Output sessions sharpen. The block where progress shows up under load.
BLOCK 4 · WK 10-12
Test week. Numbers on the board. We don't test to chase ego — we test to know it's working.

Common Questions
Not at all. LiftLab is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. Every session is fully coached, so you'll never be left to figure things out on your own. Our coaches will meet you where you are and progress you from there.
We run sessions throughout the week including early mornings, lunchtimes, and evenings to suit busy schedules. Check our timetable for the full schedule or get in touch and we'll help you find sessions that work around your week.
Yes — we don't believe in trapping people. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel, that's it. No lengthy tie-ins, no exit fees.
Core gives you 3 coached sessions per week — everything most people need to see real progress. Elite unlocks unlimited sessions, full app access with progress tracking, and priority booking. If you want maximum flexibility and want to train more than 3 times a week, Elite is for you.
Every member follows a structured 12-week programme — Prepare, Progress, Perform, and Peak. Each phase builds on the last, so your fitness compounds over time rather than plateauing. At the end of every block you'll test your progress against real benchmarks so you can see exactly how far you've come. And yes you can start any time within the block!
